Alright, here is my official last post about Canada, because this blog has been filled with way too much jizz-jazz canadian ruckus and we need to focus on f'en rocking (my fault world). But, I needed to address 2 final things about Canada:
1. Canadian Lingo help if you are ever in Canada -
a. Eh? ... Basically turns every phrase into a question (this weather sucks eh?)
b. chirping - talking shit, running your mouth (what's that foo chirping about?)
c. beak - face, nose, facial features (look at your beak, it has spaghetti on it)
d. Brutal - pretty standard here, just they use it a lot (ah that job was brutal, eh?)
e. wicked - can be a good or bad thing in canada, kinda of used leniently (a man, it was just wicked)
f. Fuck all - nothing (ah, she's over their doing fuck all eh?)
g. choked - like complaining, pissed off (what is he getting all choked about?)
h. Canuck - Canadian
thats all I got. try not to use these, I have caught myself saying eh? and brutal a lot, so hopefully that stops soon.
But the final thing I want to say about Canada, is they play REAL lacrosse. I have been playing field lacrosse my whole life, but nothing is like box lacrosse. Anything goes in box lacrosse. Fist fights, cross checks, pretty much everything outside of hitting a guy blatantly in the back when he isn't close to the ball. I have been playing Minor league lax up here in Vancouver the past month and a half, and have loved every second. Initially I tried out and made the Burnaby team who are second in the western conference, and then got traded to North Shore who was a middle of the road team, but I got tons of P.T. and loved getting in the thick of things. In case your wondering, the guy might have got the shot off (saved by our goalie) but he definitely ended up on his ass. Anyways, farewell Canada, hope things turn out well for you.
My next post will be about my favorite lyrics, anybody have some favorite ones they want to share? ROCK y'all.
